The jurisprudential aspect of IP is less talked about. I discuss here the aspects of how we see the evolution of IP as a major stream of law and how jurisprudence has evolved from time to time.

Spoke on an important topic of Trademark Selection and Prosecution whereby I discussed at length the underlying issue while going ahead for trademark selection and prosecution. How business should carefully recognize their services is something to look after with while going for trademark filing.

Spoke on a pressing issue of Cyber Law whereby I discussed at length regarding the safety of contents being posted online and how cyber security can work in this area.

Spoke on a yet another important topic of Trademark Classification, opposition and infringement. This topic is important since most of the business owners focus less on the infringement side thereby resulting in unnecessary litigation.

Conducted a Special Class on Civil Legal Drafting where I focused majorly on issues contract drafting and nuances involved. The session was well met by more than 400 people including lawyers, students etc.

Spoke on an interesting topic of Idea-Expression Dichotomy that forms a part of Copyright prosecution. This topic is discussed worldwide and has been on the top of major copyright debates before courts and forums.

Conducted a workshop on Innovation and Entrepreneurship which was well attended by budding entrepreneurs and startups founders. I discussed at length the nitty gritty involved in creating and protecting business when it comes to IPR.

Spoke on IP laws and Start-ups where we see startups getting confused regarding IP filings and prosecution. Was attended well over by 200 participants.

As an attorney, we see a lot of confusion that exists while going ahead for patent filings in India. In this I discussed step by step process of patent filing and prosecution and what one should be careful with while going ahead for patent filing.

Conducted a workshop on Intellectual Property and IP Management for Startups organized by IIMT College of Law. I discussed at length the issues that startups face while going for IP protection and the need to solve this.

Spoke on a pressing issue on AI and IPR and how new trends have resulted in change of IP regime and its prosecution. The influx of AI has drastically changed our mindset on how we look at things around.
